Mr. Anderson has 35+ years' experience as a patent attorney, both in private practice in firms from large to small, and as in-house corporate counsel for both a large corporation and for a patent assertion entity.  While Rod's background is in electronics, software, and semiconductor technology, he also has experience in the energy industry, 3-D printing technologies, and a wide range of other fields.

 

In addition to his legal experience, Rod worked as an engineer in the semiconductor industry for 7 years.

 

Rod graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1977 with a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, and he received his Juris Doctor degree in 1984 from the University of Houston.
